Teacher identified as victim in deadly Palmer crash.
A Springfield teacher was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Palmer on Monday night. The kindergarten teacher, 31 year old Patricia Cable, was driving home from work when her car was hit head-on by a wrong-way driver. The driver of the other car, a 20-year-old man from Palmer, was also killed in the crash.

Farm in Whately issues voluntary recall for mung bean sprouts
