The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center (CMS) is welcomed back to the Spa Little Theater for its summer residency from June 16-August 18. Part of its year-round presence in Saratoga Springs, the six-concert series is under the direction of Wu Han and David Finkel and features numerous guest artists.

Join The Du Bois Freedom Center for our first conversation in our Reflections on Democracy series. In recognition of Juneteenth, our Visiting Scholar Michael Blake and United States Congresswoman Nikema Williams (GA-05), will discuss how we can all "Walk in the interconnected footsteps of Dr. W. At the end of World War II, Nathan Hilu, the son of Syrian Jewish immigrants to New York, received a life-changing assignment from the U.S. Army: to guard the top Nazi war criminals at the Nuremberg trials. This experience fueled a lifetime of artistic inspiration for Nathan, a virtually unknown “outsider artist,” who spent the next 70 years obsessively creating a visual narrative from his memories. Shakespeare & Company presents Shake It Up: A Shakespeare Cabaret, directed by Allyn Burrows, July 2 – 7 in the Tina Packer Playhouse. A spirited celebration of Shakespeare-influenced music, text, and storytelling for folks new to or steeped in Shakespeare, this limited run takes the stage at the peak of the Berkshires’ summer season. A devised production with some of Berkshire County’s finest musicians and Shakespearian actors, this musical event makes for a unique gambol through the foibles of love.
